“We've been sitting on most of the tunes on this EP since 2015. I first met Window in 2014 to DJ on his radio show when I was still in college and couldn’t mix but he liked my tune selection. I remixed a few of his songs a few weeks later and never thought much more of it. We've been waiting for the right time to release them for over 5 years, and we've now nearly sold out all 500 copies in the first week. The support has been amazing for the EP so far, with it being BBC Introducing's Track of the Week, and having some play on Sir Spyro's 1Xtra Show. 2020 will bring more limited vinyl releases and making a big deal of music releases through my label Pond Life Party. We’ll be treating the releases more like capsule collections - with coloured vinyl, release parties, t shirts, branded pint glasses, socks, etc, who knows what will be next. I want to give a limited edition collectors item feel. Put out things that will hold value and be remembered, proper memorabilia.”
